When will my order ship?
Typically, orders for in stock products are shipped the next business day. Products that are temporarily out of stock may take up to 10 days to ship. The lead time for each product is indicated on the product page. Please see our Product Availability page for additional information on stock status.
How do I track my order?
All of our shipments are track-able, even USPS First-Class packages. We'll send you an email with tracking numbers when your order has shipped. You can track USPS online at www.usps.com. UPS can be tracked at www.ups.com.
Where is my order? You said it was shipped.
If we have shipped your order, it may take about 4-7 days to get to you. A shipping confirmation with the tracking numbers will be sent to you so you can track it online. If you have not received your order by 10 days from the ship date, contact us and we'll help track it down. Occasionally orders are "returned to sender" if the address is not valid or the package is undeliverable. We usually won't know about it until it eventually makes it back to us.
