How do I order?
Online, of course. Orders must be placed online through our secure website anytime day or night.
Do you take phoned in orders?
Sorry, we do not accept phone, faxed or emailed orders for security reasons.
Can I cancel my order... and how?
Of course, you can. As long as we haven't shipped it. Just send us an email firstname.lastname@example.org or use the Contact Us page and we'll take care of it. If we've already shipped it, then you'll need to go through the Returns process.
When will my order ship?
Please allow us at least 1 business day to process your order. Orders for in stock items will usually ship the following business day. We ship out of California so delivery times may vary. Shipments outside of California vary from 3-5 days. Shipments within California vary from 1-2 days. See our Shipping & Delivery page for additional information.
How do you process payment?
Pay for your order with PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Amazon Pay.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you check out and complete your order. Any adjustments made to your order will be issued as a refund or an additional charge. Refunds will be issued back to the same payment method. A PayPal invoice will be sent to you for any additional charges.
Do you take checks or money orders?
Yes, personal checks and money orders are accepted. Simply place your order online and select “Check / Money Order” as your payment method. For payments by check, your order will ship once it has cleared our bank. This usually takes about 2-3 business days. For payments by money orders or certified checks, your order will ship as soon as we receive it.
How about COD?
Sorry, no COD (Cash On Delivery) orders.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if we are shipping to California! Sales tax is automatically added to orders shipping within California. If you are out of state and your order ships within California, sales tax will be added.
What if I am tax exempt?
Well, if that's the case, then you know the drill! We need a signed copy of your California's Resellers Certificate and number. Click on the link to create one. Send us a copy by email at email@example.com and we'll create or modify your account to be "non-taxable". We need a signed copy of your certificate for our records. If you're not in California, then it doesn't matter because we won't charge you sales tax anyway.
What about internationals shipments?
We are currently only shipping internationally to Canada. You will be responsible for any duty fees, taxes, and tariffs on delivery. This charge is for customs, not us! We use USPS (United States Postal Service) to try to keep this cost to you as low as possible, but that's the business of doing business internationally. Do you have gift certificates?
Yes, we sell gift certificates. If you don't know what to get that geek in your life, then this is perfect. Gift Certificates do not expire and can be used for anything, including shipping and sales tax.
Discounts and Coupons
Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
