Return Policy

We hope you love what you ordered, but if you're not entirely satisfied, you can return it. New unopened and unused products can be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of receipt in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements under which they must be returned. To ensure the integrity and keep their value, all new product returns must meet the eligibility conditions and requires a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

Submit your return request from the order under "My Account" or if you need additional help, send your request by email to Please remember to include as much of your order details as possible.

Products Return Eligibility

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • Products must be purchased from Interestingly Normal Geek Shop
  • Products must be in original and working condition it was received

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that are defective, damaged, opened, used, altered, or played with
  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging
  • Washed or worn apparel with obvious signs of wear and tear
  • Products with expired warranty or has been discontinued
  • Products sold as final sale, clearance, or as-is condition
  • Blind boxes and mystery bags
  • Funko collectible toys
  • Batteries
  • Unapproved or rejected return requests

Defective Returns Eligibility & Requirements

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • Products must be qualified as defective (see exceptions)
  • Products with manufacturer warranty that require direct consumer interaction

Some electronics and gadgets manufacturers work directly with the end consumer for warranty and repairs process. Unless specified on the product page, you can find warranty information on the product box, manuals, instructions, or warranty cards. In most instances you are required to register your product to activate the warranty. Products under this exception would include speakers, headphone, earbuds, board games, card games, and watches. Most of the products we offer are collectibles and novelties. They are often manufactured in limited runs and are usually hand-painted or hand-assembled. Slight imperfections and minor variations are typical and is expected. These are not considered defects and will be taken into consideration when determining product defective return eligibility. These imperfections may include (but not are limited to) the following:

  • Color, style or design variations
  • Scuff marks or scratches
  • Visible, misaligned or imperfect seams
  • Inconsistent or slightly flawed packaging

Defective or Broken Products. Product with a significant defect out of the box will be handled (case by case) to determine its eligibility for return. Your request must be made within 30 days. Depending on its value or the manufacturer warranty/return policy, we may or may not need the product back to replace it.

Missing Parts and Accessories. Most products with multiple parts and accessories are handled directly by the manufacturer. Unless specified on the product page, you can find information on how to get replacements for missing parts and accessories on the product box, manuals, instructions, or warranty cards/booklets. Products under this exception would include board games, card games, puzzles, or building kits.

Batteries Included With Products. We do not guarantee batteries. If you receive a product that doesn't work due to dead batteries that were included with it, it is not considered a defect or damage and is not eligible for return.

Product Packing. We do not guarantee product packaging. The product package quality is an important detail to most collectors, however a minor packaging flaw that doesn't affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage and is not eligible for return. A small bend, scuff or indentation on exterior packaging can occur at any point in the manufacturing, supply or shipping processes. 

Blind Boxes and Mystery Bags. Selection is random for these products and they are packaged blind by the factory. You won’t know which figure you'll get until you open it. We can't guarantee you'll get different figures when ordering more than one box from the same collection. By design, we can’t accept requests for specific figures or returns. It's part of the mystery.

Funko Collectible Toys. These collectible toys are made in limited runs and are hand-painted and assembled. Slight imperfections are typical and is acceptable by Funko's quality control standards. These imperfections may include paint color or hue variation, scuff marks, visible seams, or inconsistent packaging. Minor imperfection or damage to the box is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.


To keep our returns process as smooth as possible, credits will be issued for returns requiring exchanges. If you need to exchange a product for something else (example: size or color) contact us for an RMA to return it. Once we receive and verify your return, you will be issued a store credit to purchase the replacement on our website. You are responsible for shipping.

Ship Returns To

  1. Carefully package your return in an outer shipping box.
  2. Include RMA # on the label or write it on the outer box.
  3. DO NOT write/affix the shipping label on the product box. This will disqualify your return and it will be rejected/refused.
  4. If you were not provided with a return ship label, remember to use a trackable source. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds and credits are subject to a 25% depending on the condition of the return
  • You are responsible for return shipping if a return shipping label was not provided

Returns FAQ's

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes and no. If it's a defective return, then we'll take care of it and issue a return ship label. If not a defective return, such as an exchange or you simply no longer wanted the product, you are responsible for return shipping.

Will my shipping charge be refunded?

If your order is canceled before it ships, then yes. We will issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you will have to go through the returns process and only the purchase price of the product will be refunded.

Do I have to pay for shipping again for replacements?

If you've returned a product as defective and are expecting a replacement, then no. We will take care of that. It's not your fault the product was a dud, so we'll take the hit. We will also issue a return ship label to get the defective product back if needed.

If you are reordering something in exchange for something else, then yes. Your order is not a "replacement" and is treated like a new order so you'll have to pay for shipping.

What's the restocking fee for?

We charge a restocking fee on products that have been returned, but does not meet our eligibility requirements. This would include products returned with damaged or missing original packaging, booklets, tags, accessories, etc. If we do not receive it in the original condition it was shipped, then it cannot be returned as "New". A 25% restocking fee will be applied. Products that have been opened or played with will not be accepted for a refund at all.

How long will it take before I get my refund?

Please allow us about 2 business days (after we receive it) to process your return. Once we've inspected the products a refund will be issued the same way it was paid for.

Why did I get a store credit and not a refund?

You most likely have returned products from an order where the original payment was made over 60 days ago. In this case, we will issue a store credit. Refunds are issued for returns received within 30 days.
